Bend Tooling

Offering high quality bend tools at a price that you’ll love, Applied Tube Technology can manufacture and supply bend tooling to suit any bending machine in the market. With cost effective manufacturing options, we are confident that we can offer a reliable alternative to your existing supply chain, and save you money at the same time.

We can offer tooling to suit standard rotary draw bending applications, either for single stack or multi stack machines. This includes both standard clamping dies, and more complex dies suitable for compound bending. We have a range of tool mounting information available to us for a variety of machines, and if we don’t have the mounting details for your particular model then we will happily come to your site (UK Mainland only) and measure up to obtain the information we need.

In addition to draw bend tooling, we can also offer tooling suitable for roll bending/variable radius work. Please note that not all machines are suitable for variable radius products.

End Form Tooling

Applied Tube Technology has decades of experience in the design and manufacture of end form tooling. Several of our engineers previously worked for Roborough Engineering, who were in their own right a market leader in tube end forming during the 1990’s and 2000’s. With a similar offering to our range of bend tools, Applied Tube Technology can manufacture and supply form tooling to suit any end forming machine in the market. All of our end form tools are produced internally here at our Plymouth facility where we can oversee the manufacturing process, and ensure only the highest quality tooling is delivered to you.

We can offer an in-house tooling development service, where we can test run new tools in our workshop to prove out full functionality, prior to final delivery. You can just open the box, mount your tools and start production immediately.
